Description:  As we navigate a year like no other, we all need strategies to manage the stress, frustration, and uncertainty of our current pandemic-dominated environment. This presentation describes the skills needed to care for yourself, your relationships, and your family,  including how to increase flexibility, tolerate uncertainty, communicate effectively and replace catastrophic thinking with problem-solving.
